Storytelling, in the Tigri project, is viewed as the use of a wide range of artistic forms\/creative practices (this includes visual art, sound art, literary art, performing art, and new media) to explore, un-derstand, represent, and challenge lived experiences. It is a powerful &#8218;cultural&#8216; and &#8218;communication&#8216; tool to convey facts, opinions, ideas, and feelings to the audience to arouse their imagination, empathy, and aspiration. Creative methods and storytelling can be effectively used as empowerment and advocacy tools: the experience of &#8222;telling creatively&#8220; one&#8217;s experiences and perceptions, conversely, promotes healing and empowerment. This will be achieved through the implementation of bespoke creativity-based educational methodology informed by arts and culture-based pedagogies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The methodology and content have been tailored to each partner Consortium member country and the creative specialisms. The Consortium has worked together to create a toolkit full of activities and materials that raise awareness of the prevalence of gender stereotypes, gender discrimination, and women empowerment and how these issues can link to storytelling and women&#8217;s expression as tools of women&#8217;s emancipation. The resources are designed and differentiated between the ages of 14- 29 and 20-34.<\/p>\n<p>Youth workers and social, and cultural organizationstion can play a key role in educating youth women on gender equality issues. Politics, families, parents and carers also play a key role in educating on what can be potentially sensitive themes. Research conducted by the TIGERS consortium has detected youth workers need to feel confident approaching this complex topic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hence, the project&rsquo;s core aim is to strengthen the confidence of youth and social professionals and volunteers working with young women interested in exploring gender equality and women empowerment in their working setting. In addition, the pilot actions provide youth workers with an idea of how to explore these themes through a range of arts and cultural practices.<\/p>\n<p>The training scheme detailed below is an opportunity to raise youth workers and educators&rsquo; awareness of these issues and to empower them with resources and learning materials to aid in the ongoing journey to champion gender equality and women empowerment. The content that follows is informed by TIGERS research and project resources, which can be found on the Tigers Platform.<\/p>\n<div class=\"uk-margin uk-text-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/how-to-use.svg\" width=\"280\"><\/div>\n<p>This Training scheme speaks to youth professionals who are keenly eager to build on information and ideas outlined in the TIGERS Methodology. It is designed to be worked through with a facilitator in groups either in person or online. It aims to raise youth workers awareness of gender equality issues and women empowerment and how this relates to supporting, educating and emancipating young women.&nbsp;<br \/>The program comprises five separate modules and three annexes (annex 1 the Vocabulary ; annex 2 Facilitatior Checklist ; annex 3 Tools&amp;Resources) which should be worked through consecutively. Starting from the theoretical and personal, the modules work through to the more practical and contextually specific. Each module includes break-out group discussion questions, topics and case studies, and opportunities for self-reflection.&nbsp;<br \/>To start, Module 1 focuses on our own views on gender, identity and human empowerment. Participants will reflect on their perception of gender equality and acquaint themselves with the corresponding basic terminology through discussion, self-reflection and an exchange of ideas. Participants will consider their local and national context in terms of government, education, and third-sector organization initiatives. This includes but is not limited to policies, practices, projects, events, and campaigns, that raise awareness of gender equality issues and women empowerment and\/or work towards women&rsquo;s empowerment. Finally, participants will start to consider how gender equality, women empowerment and storytelling, and related themes are relevant and\/or explored in their professional context. In groups, participants will discuss 4 case studies, then conduct a mapping exercise to outline the good practices and actions already being taken in their organization in terms of curriculum, resources, and community engagement. The module will finish with a quick self-reflection activity.<br \/>\nModule 2-5 introduces and outlines the workshops designed and implemented by the partners in each country. Dies soll durch die Umsetzung einer ma\\u00dfgeschneiderten, auf\\nKreativit\\u00e4t basierenden Bildungs-methodik erfolgen, die von Kunst- und\\n                    Kulturp\\u00e4dagogiken inspiriert ist.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nDie Methodik und der Inhalt wurden f\\u00fcr jedes Mitgliedsland des\\nKonsortiums sowie f\\u00fcr die kreativen Spezialisierungen angepasst. Das\\nKonsortium hat gemeinsam gearbeitet, um ein Toolkit mit Aktivit\\u00e4ten\\nund Materialien zu erstellen, die das Bewusstsein f\\u00fcr die Verbreitung\\nvon Geschlechterstereotypen, Geschlechter-diskriminierung und\\nFrauenerm\\u00e4chtigung sowie f\\u00fcr die Art und Weise, wie diese Themen mit\\nGeschichtenerz\\u00e4hlung und dem Ausdruck von Frauen als Werkzeug zur\\nEmanzipation der Frauen verbunden sein k\\u00f6nnen, sch\\u00e4rfen. Die Ressourcen\\n                    sind f\\u00fcr die Altersgruppen 14-29 und 20-34 konzipiert und differenziert.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>Die Jugendarbeitenden und sozialen sowie kulturellen Organisationen\\nk\\u00f6nnen eine Schl\\u00fcsselrolle dabei spielen, junge Frauen in Fragen der\\nGeschlechtergleichheit zu schulen. Auch die Politik, Familien, Eltern und\\nBetreuer spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Vermittlung potenziell sensibler\\nThemen. Die Forschung, die vom TIGERS-Konsortium durchgef\\u00fchrt wurde,\\nhat gezeigt, dass Jugendarbeitende das Selbstvertrauen ben\\u00f6tigen, um sich\\ndiesem komplexen Thema zu n\\u00e4hern.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nDaher ist das Kernziel des Projekts, das Selbstvertrauen von Jugend- und\\nSozialfachleuten sowie freiwilligen Helfern zu st\\u00e4rken, die mit jungen\\nFrauen arbeiten und sich f\\u00fcr die Erkundung von Geschlechtergleichheit\\nund Frauen-Empowerment in ihrem Arbeitsumfeld interessieren. Dar\\u00fcber\\nhinaus bieten die Pilotaktionen den Jugendarbeitende eine Vorstellung\\ndavon, wie sie diese Themen mithilfe verschiedener k\\u00fcnstlerischer und\\nkultureller Praktiken erkunden k\\u00f6nnen.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nDas nachfolgend detaillierte Schulungsprogramm bietet eine Gelegenheit,\\ndas Bewusstsein von Jugendarbeitern und P\\u00e4dagogen f\\u00fcr diese Themen zu\\nsch\\u00e4rfen und sie mit Ressourcen und Lern-materialien auszustatten, um sie\\nauf der fortlaufenden Reise zur F\\u00f6rderung von Geschlechtergleichheit und\\nFrauen-Empowerment zu unterst\\u00fctzen. Der folgende Inhalt basiert auf der\\nForschung und den Projektressourcen von TIGERS, die auf der TIGERSPlattform\\nzu finden sind.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<div class=\\\"uk-margin uk-text-center\\\"><img src=\\\"\\\/wp-content\\\/uploads\\\/2023\\\/10\\\/how-to-use-de.svg\\\" width=\\\"280\\\"><\\\/div><\/p>\n<p>Dieses Schulungskonzept richtet sich an Jugendfachkr\\u00e4fte, die begeistert\\nsind, auf den im TIGERS-Methodenhandbuch skizzierten Informationen\\nund Ideen aufzubauen. Es ist darauf ausgelegt, mit Moderator*innen in\\nGruppen entweder pers\\u00f6nlich oder online durchgef\\u00fchrt zu werden. Ziel ist\\nes, das Bewusstsein von Jugend-fachkr\\u00e4ften f\\u00fcr Geschlechtergleichstellung\\nund Frauen-Empowerment zu sch\\u00e4rfen und wie dies im Zusammenhang\\nmit der Unterst\\u00fctzung, Bildung und Emanzipation junger Frauen steht.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nDas Programm besteht aus f\\u00fcnf separaten Modulen und drei Anh\\u00e4ngen\\n(Anhang 1: Vokabular; Anhang 2: Moderatoren-Checkliste; Anhang 3: Tools\\n&#038; Ressourcen), die in aufeinanderfolgender Reihenfolge durchgearbeitet\\nwerden sollten. Von theoretischen und pers\\u00f6nlichen Aspekten ausgehend\\nf\\u00fchren die Module zu praktischeren und kontextspezifischeren Themen.\\nJedes Modul enth\\u00e4lt Fragen f\\u00fcr Gruppendiskussionen, Themen und\\nFallstudien sowie M\\u00f6glichkeiten zur Selbstreflexion.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nIm ersten Modul geht es darum, unsere eigenen Ansichten zu Geschlecht,\\nIdentit\\u00e4t und menschlicher Erm\\u00e4chtigung zu reflektieren. Die Teilnehmer\\nwerden ihre Wahrnehmung von Geschlechter-gleichstellung \\u00fcber\\nDiskussionen, Selbstreflexion und Ideen-austausch \\u00fcberpr\\u00fcfen und sich\\nmit den entsprechenden Grundbegriffen vertraut machen. Die Teilnehmer\\n5 6\\nwerden ihren lokalen und nationalen Kontext in Bezug auf Initiativen\\nvon Regierung, Bildungseinrichtungen und gemeinn\\u00fctzigen Organisationen\\nbetrachten. Dies umfasst unter anderem Richtlinien, Praktiken,\\nProjekte, Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen, die das Bewusstsein f\\u00fcr\\nGeschlechtergleichstellung und Frauen-Empowerment sch\\u00e4rfen und\\\/\\noder sich f\\u00fcr die Erm\\u00e4chtigung von Frauen einsetzen. Lo storytelling, nel progetto Tigri, \\u00e8 inteso come come l\\u2019utilizzo di un\\u2019ampia gamma di forme artistiche\\\/\\npratiche creative (tra cui l\\u2019arte visiva, l\\u2019arte sonora, l\\u2019arte letteraria, l\\u2019arte performativa e i nuovi media)\\nper esplorare, comprendere, rappresentare e sfidare le esperienze vissute. \\u00c8 un potente strumento\\n\\u201cculturale\\u201d e \\u201ccomunicativo\\u201d per trasmettere fatti, opinioni, idee e sentimenti al pubblico e suscitare la\\nsua immaginazione, empatia e aspirazione. I metodi creativi e lo storytelling possono essere utilizzati\\nefficacemente come strumenti di empowerment e advocacy: l\\u2019esperienza di \\u201craccontare creativamente\\u201d\\nle proprie esperienze e percezioni, al contrario, promuove la guarigione e l\\u2019empowerment.\\nQuesto obiettivo sar\\u00e0 raggiunto attraverso l\\u2019implementazione di una\\nmetodologia educativa basata sulla creativit\\u00e0 e sulle pedagogie artistiche e\\n                    culturali.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nLa metodologia e i contenuti sono stati adattati a ciascun Paese membro del\\nConsorzio e alle relative specificit\\u00e0 creative. Il Consorzio ha lavorato insieme\\nper creare un kit di strumenti ricco di attivit\\u00e0 e materiali che aumentano\\nla consapevolezza relativa agli stereotipi di genere, della discriminazione\\ndi genere e dell\\u2019empowerment femminile, e di come questi temi possano\\ndiventare strumenti di narrazione ed espressione volti capaci di supportare\\nprocessi di empowerment femminile. Le risorse sono progettate e\\ndifferenziate tra i 14 e i 29 anni e tra i 20 e i 34 anni. <\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>Gli Youth Workers e le organizzazioni sociali e culturali possono svolgere\\nun ruolo fondamentale nell\\u2019educare le giovani donne ai temi della parit\\u00e0 di\\ngenere. Anche la politica, le famiglie, i genitori e gli operatori sociali svolgono\\nun ruolo chiave nell\\u2019educare e accrescere la consapevolezza relativa a\\ntemi delicati. La ricerca condotta dai partner di TIGRI si rivolge agli Youth\\nWorkers perche possano sentirsi maggiormente preparati nell\\u2019affrontare\\nquesta complessa tematica.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nL\\u2019obiettivo principale del progetto \\u00e8 quindi quello di rafforzare la fiducia degli\\nYouth Workers, operatori sociali e dei volontari che lavorano con le giovani\\ndonne. In generale, il Progetto si rivolge a coloro che sono interessati a\\nesplorare il tema della parit\\u00e0 di genere e l\\u2019empowerment femminile nel loro\\nambiente di lavoro. Inoltre, le azioni pilota forniscono agli Youth Workers\\nun\\u2019idea di come esplorare questi temi attraverso una serie di pratiche\\nartistiche e creative.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nIl programma di formazione descritto di seguito \\u00e8 un\\u2019opportunit\\u00e0\\nper sensibilizzare gli Youth Workers e gli educatori su questi temi e per\\ndotarli di risorse e materiali didattici che li aiutino nel percorso continuo\\ndi promozione della parit\\u00e0 di genere e dell\\u2019empowerment femminile. I\\ncontenuti che seguono sono basati sulla ricerca e sulle risorse del progetto\\nTIGRI, disponibili sulla piattaforma Tigri.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<div class=\\\"uk-margin uk-text-center\\\"><img src=\\\"\\\/wp-content\\\/uploads\\\/2023\\\/10\\\/how-to-use-it.svg\\\" width=\\\"280\\\"><\\\/div><\/p>\n<p>Questo programma di formazione \\u00e8 pensato per essere affrontato in\\ngruppo con un facilitatore, di persona e\\\/o online. Il programma comprende\\ncinque moduli distinti e tre allegati (allegato 1, il Vocabolario; allegato 2, la\\nChecklist del Facilitatore; allegato 3, gli Strumenti e le Risorse) che devono\\nessere affrontati consecutivamente. A partire da una chiara definizione del\\nframe teorico e metodologico, i moduli si sviluppano per per permettere\\nuna messa in pratica solida e strutturata, adattabile a molteplici contesti e\\ngruppi di lavoro. Ogni modulo presenta spunti di riflessione individuali o a\\ngruppo per poter avviare le attivit\\u00e0.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nPer iniziare, il Modulo 1 si concentra su quella che \\u00e8 la percezione personale\\ndei partecipati rispetto al genere, l\\u2019identit\\u00e0 e l\\u2019empowerment. I partecipanti\\nrifletteranno sulla loro percezione della parit\\u00e0 di genere e si familiazzeranno\\ncon la terminologia di base corrispondente attraverso la discussione, l\\u2019autoriflessione\\ne lo scambio di idee. I partecipanti procederanno in questa\\nriflessione a partire dal proprio contesto locale e nazionale in termini di\\niniziative governative, educative e di organizzazioni del terzo settore, che\\nincludono, ma non si limitano a, politiche, pratiche, progetti, eventi e campagne\\ndi sensibilizzazione sui temi dell\\u2019parit\\u00e0 di genere e dell\\u2019empowerment\\nfemminile e\\\/o che lavorano per il raggiungimento dell\\u2019autonomia delle\\ndonne.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\n                Infine, i partecipanti inizieranno a considerare come l\\u2019parit\\u00e0 di genere,\\nl\\u2019empowerment delle donne, la narrazione e i temi correlati siano rilevanti\\ne\\\/o esplorati nel loro contesto professionale. In gruppo, i partecipanti\\ndiscuteranno 4 casi di studio, quindi condurranno un esercizio di mappatura\\nper delineare le buone pratiche e le azioni gi\\u00e0 intraprese nella loro\\norganizzazione in termini di curriculum, risorse e impegno nella comunit\\u00e0. Pripovedovanje zgodb v projektu Tigri je obravnavano kot uporaba \\u0161irokega nabora umetni\\u0161kih\\noblik\\\/ustvarjalnih praks (to vklju\\u010duje vizualno umetnost, zvo\\u010dno umetnost, literarno umetnost, scensko\\numetnost in nove medije) za raziskovanje, razumevanje, reprezentacijo in izku\\u0161nje. Predstavlja mo\\u010dno\\n\\u201ckulturno\\u201d in \\u201ckomunikacijsko\\u201d orodje za posredovanje dejstev, mnenj, idej in ob\\u010dutkov ob\\u010dinstvu,\\nda vzbudi njihovo domi\\u0161ljijo, empatijo in hrepenenje. Ustvarjalne metode in pripovedovanje zgodb\\nse lahko u\\u010dinkovito uporabljajo kot orodja za opolnomo\\u010denje in zagovorni\\u0161tvo: izku\\u0161nja \\u00bbkreativnega\\npripovedovanja\\u00ab lastnih izku\\u0161enj in zaznav spodbuja zdravljenje in opolnomo\\u010denje.\\n                    To bo dose\\u017eeno z izvajanjem prilagojene izobra\\u017eevalne metodologije,\\nki temelji na ustvarjalnosti in izhaja iz pedagogike umetnosti in kulture.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nMetodologija in vsebina sta bili prilagojeni vsaki partnerski dr\\u017eavi \\u010dlanice\\nkonzorcija in kreativnim posebnostim. Konzorcij je sodeloval pri ustvarjanju\\nnabora orodij, aktivnosti in metodologij, ki ozave\\u0161\\u010dajo o raz\\u0161irjenosti\\nspolnih stereotipov, diskriminaciji na podlagi spola in opolnomo\\u010denju \\u017eensk\\nter o tem, kako se ta vpra\\u0161anja lahko pove\\u017eejo s pripovedovanjem zgodb\\nin \\u017eenskim izra\\u017eanjem kot orodjem za emancipacijo \\u017eensk. Orodja so\\noblikovana in diferencirana v starostna obdobja med 14-29 in 20-34 let.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\n                Mladinski delavci ter socialne in kulturne organizacije lahko igrajo klju\\u010dno\\nvlogo pri izobra\\u017eevanju mladih \\u017eensk o vpra\\u0161anjih enakosti spolov. Politika,\\ndru\\u017eine, star\\u0161i in skrbniki prav tako igrajo klju\\u010dno vlogo pri izobra\\u017eevanju o\\npotencialno ob\\u010dutljivih temah. Za\\u010den\\u0161i s teoreti\\u010dnim in\\nosebnim, moduli potekajo do bolj prakti\\u010dnih in kontekstualno specifi\\u010dnih.\\nVsak modul vklju\\u010duje vpra\\u0161anja za skupinsko razpravo, teme in \\u0161tudije\\nprimerov ter prilo\\u017enosti za samorefleksijo.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nZa za\\u010detek se modul 1 osredoto\\u010da na na\\u0161e lastne poglede na spol, identiteto\\nin opolnomo\\u010denje \\u010dloveka. Udele\\u017eenci bodo skozi diskusijo, samorefleksijo\\nin izmenjavo idej razmi\\u0161ljali o svojem dojemanju enakosti spolov in se\\nseznanili s pripadajo\\u010do osnovno terminologijo. Udele\\u017eenci bodo upo\\u0161tevali\\nsvoj lokalni in nacionalni kontekst v smislu vlade, izobra\\u017eevanja in pobud\\norganizacij tretjega sektorja. Storytelling u projektu TIGERS, se posmatra kao kori\\u0161\\u0107enje \\u0161irokog spektra umetni\\u010dkih formi\\\/\\nkreativnih praksi (ovo uklju\\u010duje vizuelnu umetnost, zvu\\u010dnu umetnost, knji\\u017eevnu umetnost, izvo\\u0111a\\u010dku\\numetnost i nove medije) za istra\\u017eivanje, razumevanje, i predstavljanje iskustava. To je mo\\u0107no \\u201ekulturno\\u201c\\ni \\u201ekomunikacijsko\\u201c sredstvo za preno\\u0161enje \\u010dinjenica, mi\\u0161ljenja, ideja i ose\\u0107anja publici kako bi se pobudila\\nnjihova ma\\u0161ta, empatija i te\\u017enje. Kreativne metode i pripovedanje mogu se efikasno koristiti kao alati\\nza osna\\u017eivanje i zastupanje, jer iskustvo \\u201ekreativnog pri\\u010danja\\u201c ne\\u010dijih iskustava i percepcija promovi\\u0161e\\nosna\\u017eivanje. Ovo \\u0107e se posti\\u0107i primenom prilago\\u0111ene obrazovne metodologije\\nzasnovane na kreativnosti.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nMetodologija i sadr\\u017eaj prilago\\u0111eni su svakoj partnerskoj zemlji \\u010dlanici\\nKonzorcijuma i kreativnim specijalnostima. Konzorcijum je radio zajedno na\\nstvaranju kompleta koji sadr\\u017ei alate, aktivnosti i materijale koji podi\\u017eu svest\\no rasprostranjenosti rodnih stereotipa, rodnoj diskriminaciji i osna\\u017eivanju\\n\\u017eena i o tome kako se ova pitanja mogu povezati sa pri\\u010danjem pri\\u010da i\\nizra\\u017eavanjem \\u017eena, ten a taj na\\u010din postati alati za emancipaciju \\u017eena. <\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>Omladinski radnici i dru\\u0161tvene i kulturne organizacije mogu igrati klju\\u010dnu\\nulogu u obrazovanju mladih \\u017eena o pitanjima rodne ravnopravnosti. Politika,\\nporodice, roditelji i staratelji tako\\u0111e igraju klju\\u010dnu ulogu u obrazovanju o\\npotencijalno osetljivim temama. Istra\\u017eivanje koje je sproveo konzorcijum\\nTIGERS otkrilo je da omladinski radnici moraju da se ose\\u0107aju samopouzdano\\npristupaju\\u0107i ovoj slo\\u017eenoj temi.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nDakle, osnovni cilj projekta je ja\\u010danje samopouzdanja mladih i socijalnih\\nstru\\u010dnjaka i volontera koji rade sa mladim \\u017eenama zainteresovanim za\\nistra\\u017eivanje rodne ravnopravnosti i osna\\u017eivanje \\u017eena u svom radnom\\nokru\\u017eenju. Pored toga, pilot akcije daju omladinskim radnicima ideju o\\ntome kako da istra\\u017ee ove teme kroz niz umetni\\u010dkih i kulturnih praksi.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\n\\u0160ema obuke koja je detaljno opisana u nastavku je prilika da se podigne\\nsvest omladinskih radnika i prosvetnih radnika o ovim pitanjima i da se\\nosna\\u017ee resursima i materijalima za u\\u010denje koji \\u0107e im pomo\\u0107i u teku\\u0107em\\nputu ka zagovaranju rodne ravnopravnosti i osna\\u017eivanja \\u017eena. Ima za cilj da podigne svest omladinskih radnika o pitanjima\\nrodne ravnopravnosti i osna\\u017eivanju \\u017eena i kako se to odnosi na podr\\u0161ku,\\nobrazovanje i emancipaciju mladih \\u017eena.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nProgram se sastoji od pet odvojenih modula i tri aneksa (Aneks 1 Re\\u010dnik;\\nAneks 2 Kontrolna lista za facilitatore; Aneks 3 Alati i resursi) koje treba\\npratiti jedan za drugim. Po\\u010dev\\u0161i od teorijskih i li\\u010dnih, moduli idu do\\nprakti\\u010dnijih i kontekstualno specifi\\u010dnih. Svaki modul uklju\\u010duje pitanja za\\ngrupnu diskusiju, teme i studije slu\\u010daja, kao i mogu\\u0107nosti za samorefleksiju.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nZa po\\u010detak, Modul 1 se fokusira na na\\u0161e stavove o rodu, identitetu i\\nljudskom osna\\u017eivanju. U\\u010desnici \\u0107e se osvrnuti na svoju percepciju rodne\\nravnopravnosti i upoznati se sa odgovaraju\\u0107om osnovnom terminologijom\\nkroz diskusiju, samorefleksiju i razmenu ideja. U\\u010desnici \\u0107e razmotriti\\nsvoj lokalni i nacionalni kontekst u smislu inicijativa vlade, obrazovanja i\\norganizacija tre\\u0107eg sektora. Ovo uklju\\u010duje, ali nije ograni\\u010deno na politike,\\nprakse, projekte, doga\\u0111aje i kampanje, koje podi\\u017eu svest o pitanjima rodne\\nravnopravnosti i osna\\u017eivanja \\u017eena.<\\\/p><\/p>\n<p>\\nKona\\u010dno, u\\u010desnici \\u0107e po\\u010deti da razmatraju kako su rodna ravnopravnost,\\nosna\\u017eivanje \\u017eena i pri\\u010danje pri\\u010da, i srodne teme relevantne i\\\/ili istra\\u017eene u\\nnjihovom profesionalnom kontekstu.
